Delivery will be completed on the next working day within Dubai, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

For other emirates, delivery may take up to two working days.

Return and Refund Policy

Given the nature of our food products, we maintain a strict
no-return policy. It is the receiver’s responsibility to verify the condition
of items upon receipt before accepting the order.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds are issued only if an item is out
of stock or the order cannot be delivered within 96 hours.
