Our Thyme Oil from Llàgrimes del Canigó is crafted from Argudell olives, grown in
the fields of Gironès. Cold-extracted, this oil delivers a flavor rich in aromas and
beautifully balanced.

Infused with thyme, this oil adds a soft, fragrant, and slightly earthy aroma, making it
the perfect companion for all your dishes, particularly red meats—whether roasted or
grilled. This extra virgin olive oil can be used both raw and in cooking, imparting a
comforting homemade touch to your meals.

With no artificial flavors, Xavi and Jesús handpick each sprig of thyme in the Cap de
Creus area of Costa Brava. After harvesting, the thyme is hung to dry during the full
moon week, enhancing its natural properties.
